Highland Libraries filter your Internet access for your online safety. There are two filtering levels, one for under 16 year olds. When a site you need to access is blocked, please open the ‘Useful Links’ folder on the desktop, click on ‘Website Unblocking Request’ and complete the on-line form. Your request will be considered, and the site made available where appropriate – we’ll let you know our decision.
