It is our goal to help you use the gym safely and effectively, to do this we require all users to be given an induction by one of our instructors. If you already use or have used another High Life fitness suite and have completed an induction there, you will not be required to do a full induction. It will only be for any equipment you are not familiar with, or if you use other gym’s and are familiar with most typical modern gym apparatus, then you can usually pop in and do a familiarisation induction at any time but may involve a short wait until an instructor is available. All customers are required to fill out a PARQ (pre-exercise questionnaire form) as will be required at every Highlife facility that has a fitness suite. You will be given a safety briefing ie. Location of Fire escapes etc.
View our Fitness Room Guidance here.
We also host Teen Gym sessions in our fitness suite 3 days per week for secondary aged pupils.
