Here at TRACC we have a range of fitness classes to suit everyone.

ADULT & BABY AQUA

A 30 minute class for both a parent and a child. It is designed to improve the parent’s fitness levels whilst introducing their child to the water for the first time.

ARKE
The latest Technogym Arke core-centric toolkit to achieve optimum physical fitness. Train coordination, stability, balance, flexibility, strength, speed, agility, reaction time and CV capacity.

BODY TONE
Low impact total body toning utilising light resistance training.

CIRCUITS
A total body conditioning mix of cardio and muscular endurance using a variety of high intensity interval training stations.

CX WORKS

A 30 minute core focused workout using resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight exercises. This abs class is a vital ingredient for a strong, supple body.

FATBURN EXTREME

Fatburn Extreme is a new concept in instructor led fitness training and weightloss exercising. The first of it’s kind, it is a 20 minute maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means that participants work until failure and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender or current fitness level.

RESHAPE
Low impact body sculpting with gentle stretches to tone and strengthen.

INDOOR CYCLING
Stationary group cycle class, control your resistance and effort throughout the ride. Experience hills, flats & sprints. Designed to build strength and endurance.

METAFIT
The 30 minute bodyweight training revolution. A high intensity interval training class with metabolic burn effects lasting 24 hours.

OTAGO (You Time)
Evidence based exercise targeted for older adults, proven to increase mobility and reduce falls.

RESISTANCE TRAINING

A brand new class for 2017. Resistance Training is in the TRACC Fitness Suite using the full range of equipment. The Fitness suite will still be open to the public during this class so places are strictly limited to 15. Be sure to book in advance!

SPIN FIT

30 minutes of  group cycling followed by 30 minutes of  bodyweight and dumbbell exercises.

WATERWORKS (You Time)

WaterWorks is an effective total body workout where you are immersed in a fun environment and can choose your intensity level. A WaterWorks class is FUN and WORKS! This is a versatile and effective shallow water workout for all types of people.

YOGA

A system of positional exercise to improve all components of fitness and promote overall wellbeing.
