Booking System Updates
To ensure a smoother check out process, we have introduced a waiting room to our booking system.
Free activities will be added to the site every 2 weeks throughout the summer holidays to reduce mass booking and potential no-shows for activities.
How to add Favourites
For a faster checkout, add activities to your favourites to your account by selecting the heart symbol.
Your chosen activities will be saved under ‘My Favourites’ when logged in and these can then be added to your basket on the 2nd of June.
Ensure your password has been updated
If you haven’t logged into our booking system since April 2025, you will be required to update your password. We recently carried out a routine upgrade on our booking system to enhance security on customer accounts.
In advance of School’s Out bookings opening on Monday 2nd June, please take the time to ensure that your password has been updated by clicking here.
Important Information
- You will need a highlife card for each and every person you wish to book on your chosen summer activities – If you don’t already have one you can sign up here.
- To login to the booking system you will need your email address and password attached to your highlife account.
- If you do not have an email address connected to your highlife account, you can visit your local leisure centre where our team will be able to set this up for you. Alternatively, you can email the highlife Central Team on [email protected]
- If you already have a highlife card for a library but have not activated it as a leisure card, then pop into your local leisure centre and they will activate it for the booking system.
