Pamela Tait

The Tree Beings

8 September – 21 October, Small Art Gallery

Friends_Together_At_Culbokie_Woods(Preview: Thursday 7 September, 18:00-20:00)

Pamela Tait’s current work explores the lines and forms created by the overlapping branches of trees of the Black Isle. She creates a strong visual connection with nature and her environment, producing a narrative and a sense of her own Folklore through the work. In 2016 she received funding through the Highland Visual Artist and Craft Maker Award Scheme and the Bet Low Trust to learn and incorporate printmaking into her practice. Pamela studied at Grays School of Art, Aberdeen and has exhibited her work internationally. She is represented by FB69 Gallery, Germany and is currently showing at An Tobar on Mull and the RSA, Edinburgh.
