2015, was our busiest year ever!!

2015 saw the highest number of visitors to the Highland Folk Museum in it’s history. With over 66,000 visitors from April – October (up from a previous high of 54,500)it has been a record breaking year in every respect.

sunshineWe’ve had fantastic visitor feedback on Tripadvisor – we are number 1 out of 58 museums in the Highlands and number 12 out of 359 ‘things to do’!!!

Our thanks go out to all visitors, volunteers and staff who helped make this possible, along with everyone else involved who helped with the many successful events that took place at the Museum this year.

Here are a few highlights from the 2015 season.
