Coming Home WW1 Project

A travelling exhibition and events programme to commemorate the end of the First World War in the Highlands.

Wednesday 25th July to Sunday 26th August 2018

“Coming Home” is a travelling exhibition and events programme developed by High Life Highland (HLH) to commemorate the end of the First World War in the Highlands. Poignant individual experiences, explored through documents, objects and photographs held in High Life Highland museums and archives alongside partner independent museums, are placed at the heart of the project. These individual narratives will reflect the wider social and economic changes in the Highlands at the time. The exhibition will tour a number of Highland galleries and museums in 2018.
