This list is not exhaustive but these are all sites that I have found useful in my career as an Adult Literacies Support Worker. The sites are listed here by their main use but many cross-over between disciplines. FutureLearn is a digital education platform founded in December 2012. The company is wholly owned by The Open University in Milton Keynes, England. The site has free online courses in many different subjects.
